Job summary

iForce Limited in Corby is seeking an Account Administrator to join our Client Service team on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12-14 months. You will handle client queries, manage reports, and support stock and order processes to deliver accurate service.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with a clear focus on delivering excellent customer care and efficient administration in a busy logistics environment. This role offers development opportunities within Culina Group.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work using own initiative.
• IT literacy with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and log issues for the site.
• Create and circulate reports for Returns and E.fulfilment.
• Manage client inbox and respond to emails professionally.
• Assist Merchandisers with stock, replenishment, and orders.
• Process order corrections and re-work instructions.
• Support wholesale despatches and paperwork.
