Job summary

Confidential in Leeds is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver excellent service from an on-site base with occasional home-based Saturdays. The role offers a permanent contract, a 28,000 per annum salary and a rotating shift pattern (8am-4:30pm / 9:30am-6pm) with one in four Saturday mornings from home.

You will handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information, update records and liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth experience. DBS check is a stated requirement.
