Search Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Sheffield on a 16-week temporary contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of enquiries with a professional, friendly approach.

Training is provided with 5 weeks of paid, comprehensive training. The role requires 36 hours per week across 5 days, with shifts from early to late patterns and weekend work as needed.

Customer Service Advisor

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract Length: 16 Weeks Temporary
Hours: 36 hours per week

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors on a 16-week temporary contract!

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service across a range of enquiries. You'll:

• Handle customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
• Resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Update systems with accurate customer information
• Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team

Training

You'll receive 5 weeks of comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.

Shift Patterns

You will work a set shift pattern, 5 days out of 7, and must be available to work Monday to Sunday.

Available shifts

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 10:00 - 18:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
