Job summary

Search Consultancy in Manchester is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, handle inquiries by phone and email, and ensure a professional service throughout the customer journey. The role includes outbound calls to confirm orders and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will support showroom and office visitors, maintain records in CRM and internal systems, and work with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welcoming outbound calls to new customers to confirm orders and provide relevant information.
• Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, refunds, and exchanges in line with company procedures.
• Assist customers visiting the showroom or office and handle face-to-face enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Salary: £26,436.80 annually

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-Perm (In-person)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with alternating Saturdays
