Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor in Bradford to join a busy, telephone-based team. You will handle calls about warranty and vehicle protection, identify sales opportunities, and build relationships while meeting targets and ensuring compliance.

The role offers office-based work initially with a chance to work from home on Mondays and Fridays after probation, plus training and development opportunities. DBS/credit checks are required.

Qualificações

• GCSE Maths and English required.
• Mandatory DBS and credit check.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pm; Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm

The Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a busy telephone-based team.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, helping customers with warranty, vehicle protection and related products. You will also identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships and work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide clear, friendly and professional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable products.
• Achieve sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
• Comply with GDPR, Consumer Duty and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Attend training, coaching and team meetings.
• Complete mandatory training and relevant CPD requirements.
• Maths and English GCSE

• A friendly, professional and empathetic telephone manner
• The ability to work towards targets and deliver quality customer service
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
