A welcoming company in Redhill is seeking a Customer Service & Account Executive to provide outstanding customer support and manage client accounts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, facilitating excellent service and account management. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and experience in account management. This position offers a stable and friendly work environment with opportunities for relationship building and account growth.
Friendly, Established Team | £26,000 (pro rata) + Bonus | Mon–Fri (early finish Fridays!)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-standing, welcoming business where relationships matter, quality of service is everything, and the team genuinely enjoys working together. This role blends customer service, proactive client contact and account management, ideal for someone who prefers a stable, friendly environment where you can truly get to know your clients.
Hours :
Monday–Thursday : 9:00am – 5:30pm (½ hour lunch)
Friday : 9:00am – 1:00pm (no lunch start your weekend early!)
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm, efficient and knowledgeable service. Alongside handling day-to-day queries, you’ll look after your own portfolio of key accounts, some steady and routine, others requiring more regular, relationship‑led contact.
