Wildkind is seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team. As a Customer Service representative, you play a vital role in our company's success. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service experiences to all clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, or social media platforms.
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant information to clients about products, services, and policies.
- Strive to resolve customer challenges promptly and professionally.
- Perform tasks related to order placing, product inquiries, and service complaints.
- Work closely with other departments to address customer service issues effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of our products, policies, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Record all customer interactions, comments, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring data integrity in our customer relationship management systems.
Qualifications :
High school diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.A minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in a similar industry.Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.Experience in using CRM software is a plus.Benefits :
