Role Overview

As a Customer Sales Advisor – Outbound (Glasgow), you will work remotely from home, engaging customers in our virtual contact centre to provide protection plans for household electrical items. You will explain product features, address questions, and ensure the best outcomes for customers while meeting regulatory and performance standards.
