A leading water utility company in the UK is seeking a Customer Risk Analyst to enhance operational efficiency while safeguarding customer service. This role involves assessing risks and developing strategies for a compliant water supply network. This role offers hybrid working arrangements, a salary of up to £35,000, and 26 days of annual leave, increasing with service.

This is an operational and analytical role focused on protecting customers and the Clean Water System by assessing risk, improving ways of working, and helping minimise supply interruptions. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure all planned activity on the network is delivered safely, compliantly, and with the customer experience in mind.
Base location: Kemble Court – hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office
Working hours: 36 hours per week, 8 am to 4pm or 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
