About The Role

Team- Retention - Health

Working Pattern - Monday- Friday 09 : 00-17.30, 1 late a week till 7pm, Hybrid - 2days per week in our Stockport office

Bonus up to an extra £18,000per annum OTE . Basic salary increase to £27,000 after 6 months,

Holiday allowance- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year

This is a busy and inspiring role; you'll bring your resilience, enthusiasm and energy to dazzle our clients.

Do you know how to deliver an exceptional customer experience?

  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • You will take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product
  • Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business
  • Reminding our customers of the benefits available to them, by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer
  • Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries etc
