Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join their prestigious care home team. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first‑class care home. The role involves delivering a range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales, including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home, and networking with the local community.

Main duties of the job

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy durchs. They will have excellent communication skills and will network within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries. They will also support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and will be self‑motivated and target‑driven.

Need to Do
  • Represent Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
  • Talk to potential new residents over the phone and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
  • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
  • Respond to sales enquiries.
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain a contacts database.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, a strong ability to analyse data on Salesforce or a similar CRM applicatio, be self‑motivated and target‑driven, and possess interpersonal and professional qualities. The candidate will also be a confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) and hold a full UK driving licence.
