Job summary

Elis UK is looking for a proactive customer operations coordinator in Wakefield to manage a portfolio of customers for contract administration, handle an internal service inbox, and respond to inquiries. You will run and interpret KPI data, building insights in Excel and Power BI to support the team.

You will upload information to customer portals, assist Key Account Managers with paperwork, work with local and regional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while covering

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
Good attention to detail and ability to interpret data for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customers for contract administration.
Support an internal service inbox and respond to customer and internal inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and contribute KPI information for Key Account Managers.
Run and manipulate customer reports in Excel and Power BI.
Upload information into customer portals and assist with contractual paperwork.
Coordinate with local and regional management and other stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement projects and cover other teams during leave.
