Job summary

Elis UK is seeking a Customer Relationship Advisor to join our IC team at Acton site. In this role you will strengthen client relationships, support Account Managers and deliver exceptional service across direct communications with key customers.

You'll need strong communication, organisation and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales, service management or administration desirable.
• Previous people management experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated contact for complex or at-risk customers to strengthen partnerships.
• Manage direct communications (email, phone) from key customers.
• Collate and relay feedback from Drivers and On-Premise Delivery teams to Account Managers.
• Support account management with meeting prep, reporting and issue analysis.
• Prepare quotations (CARs), contracts, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Contribute to revenue by coordinating with Operations and Service teams.
• Analyse lost business and complaint data for trends and improvements.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and support business reviews with GM.
• Offer training and coaching to colleagues.
• Collaborate on projects driving service and process improvements.
