Job summary

Elis UK Limited is seeking a proactive administrator to manage a portfolio of customers for contract management and to support an internal service inbox. You will work with Key Account Managers to resolve enquiries and prepare KPI information.

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential to create and manipulate reports, upload data into portals, and support continuous improvement projects across operations and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret data for improvements.
• Customer-focused and solution-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers for contract management.
• Support internal service inbox and respond to customer and internal enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and provide KPI information for Key Account Managers.
• Create and manipulate customer reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Upload information into Customer Portals.
• Use KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers on contractual paperwork.
• Collaborate with local and regional management teams.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
• Provide cover for other teams during Annual Leave.
