After a successful 2025 The Property Expert Group is looking for a Customer Relations Manager / Call Handler to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people communicates confidently and thrives in a client-focused environment.

Youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and clients - ensuring every interaction is warm helpful and professional.

In addition the role offers somewhat flexible hours to suit your schedule.

About the Role

Were seeking a friendly organised and proactive professional to manage incoming enquiries support clients throughout their property journey and ensure our communication standards remain exceptional.

Youll be asked to play a key role in keeping the team informed clients updated and operations running smoothly.

Tasks
Enquiry Handling Client Communication & Front-Line Support
  • Handle incoming calls WhatsApp messages emails and online enquiries
  • Make outbound calls to clients for updates confirmations and follow-ups
  • Accurately log and update client information in our CRM
  • Provide clear friendly advice to clients across multiple communication channels
Customer Service Management
  • Ensure all client interactions are responded to promptly and professionally
  • Maintain our high standards
  • Support sellers landlords buyers and tenants with updates and information
  • Resolve minor issues independently and elevate complex matters when necessary
  • Prepare follow-up messages appointment notes and status updates for internal use
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service call handling or a similar client-focused role
  • Warm confident communicator with excellent phone manner
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-comfortable (CRM systems WhatsApp email task management tools)
  • Proactive reliable and able to work independently and from home when required
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Ideally a driver - to be able to cover a small number of physical meetings
