Job summary

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is seeking a Customer Income Advisor to join the Customer Accounts team covering North Hants, Surrey, and Slough. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in the Greenham office.

You will provide budgeting and welfare benefit advice, complete Income and Expenditure statements, assist with benefit and grant applications, and signpost customers to additional support. Travel is required and a driving licence is essential.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the benefits system.
• Experience helping customers complete income/expenditure statements.
• Ability to work with internal and external partners to achieve the best outcome for customers.
• Experience supporting vulnerable customers with kindness and empathy.

We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as building thousands of new affordable homes every year.We have an opportunity for a Customer Income Advisor to join our Customer Accounts team covering North Hants Surrey, Slough. Your office base will be Greenham.This is a hybrid working role with 2 days per week in the office.The Role:As a Customer Income Advisor, you'll provide our customers with budgeting and welfare benefit advice. This will include completing Income and Expenditure statements, giving budgeting advice, benefit & grant applications, and signposting for additional support.
