Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking an Income Officer to join the Customer Accounts team in Newbury for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will negotiate payment arrangements, provide welfare benefit and money advice, and assist with court applications. The role includes home visits and occasional court appearances, with travel required.

The ideal candidate has housing sector experience and strong customer service skills. A driving licence and access to a car are essential.
