Salary:£26,000.00 - £28,000.00 Per yearCustomer Support Advisor (Fixed-Term Contract – Data Cleansing)Additional Role PurposeThis is a 12 month fixed-term contract role established to support a data cleansing project across customer records and business systems. Alongside providing customer support and transactional administration, the post holder will be responsible for reviewing, validating, updating and maintaining customer data to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance across D365 and other relevant systems.The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to data quality, with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues and ensure information is accurately recorded and maintained. The role will play a key part in improving data quality, supporting operational efficiency and enabling colleagues to deliver a better customer experience through reliable and up-to-date information.
