Job summary

GAP Group Limited is seeking a Customer Hire and Sales Coordinator to manage key customer relationships, coordinate with depots and identify sales opportunities. You will handle invoicing queries and develop performance reports in a busy desk-based role.

The role requires solid administration skills, the ability to work quickly, and a customer-focused mindset to support Major Account activities and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a customer service role, preferably in hire or construction industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
• Driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and liaise with GAP Group depots to meet customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth within the Major Account; support invoicing and credit query handling.
• Collate weekly KPI data and produce performance reports as required.
