Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume hire desk or fast-paced customer service/administration role.
Excellent customer service with a commercial edge and sales drive.
Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Confident IT skills, including Outlook and Excel.
Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
Experience in the hire industry is a bonus, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing hires per day across a wide range of equipment.
Process hire desk administration and handle customer and supplier queries quickly and accurately.
Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
Coordinate with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues professionally and efficiently.
