GAP Group Limited is seeking a Hire & Sales Coordinator for our Non-Mechanical division. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, manage hire requests, and coordinate logistics to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service with a commercial edge and a drive to increase sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident IT skills, including Outlook and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and be supported on your career journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires per day across a wide range of Non-Mechanical equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer and supplier queries with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues with professionalism and efficiency.
