Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is recruiting a Team Member for an 8‑hour shift to help keep the store running smoothly and deliver a fantastic customer experience. You will provide great service, maintain product knowledge, and work closely with the team to hit targets and uphold standards.

We look for friendly, proactive individuals with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoy working with people. The role offers a supportive environment and opportunities to learn and progress within OB.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy store.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures including stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in-store and back of house areas.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and current performance vs targets.
