Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Team Member to join our store team on a 10-hour pattern. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain product knowledge, and support store operations with a positive and proactive approach.

The role emphasises teamwork, flexibility across key days, and a friendly, helpful attitude to contribute to OB’s welcoming environment and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example.
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures including stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in store and back of house areas.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance.
