Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is hiring a Team Member for 8 hours per week across key shift days, including weekends. You will deliver a fantastic customer experience, maintain product knowledge and support store operations in a friendly, team-focused environment.

We value great people skills, strong service, organisation, positivity and kindness. You’ll take part in training, uphold health and safety standards, and help achieve store targets while supporting other OB stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example.
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures (stock deliveries, health & safety, stock takes).
• Maintain excellent housekeeping in-store and back-of-house areas.
• Support other OB stores where needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance vs. targets.
