Oliver Bonas Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our OB team. You will provide an exceptional customer experience and help keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will work key days across the week (Mon, Fri and Sun) with pattern changes possible to fit business needs; full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by a collaborative team in a lively retail environment.

• Strong communication and friendly approach with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions
• Embrace ownership of tasks, setting a good example for the rest of the team
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including back of house/stockroom areas
• Support other stores where needed
• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
