Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is looking for a Team Member to join our OB team with an 8-hour shift. You will deliver a fantastic customer experience, maintain product knowledge, and work closely with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience and meet service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge for informed help.
• Communicate clearly with the team on priorities and tasks.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a good example.
• Follow procedures for stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes.
• Maintain clean, orderly store spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Support other stores when needed and share best practices.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance vs goals.
