Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Team Member for a 12-hour shift pattern (Thu 6 and Sat 6) to help run the store smoothly and provide a fantastic customer experience.

You will maintain product knowledge, communicate well with the team, and take part in training opportunities. You’ll contribute to team sessions, adhere to operational practices, and support stock deliveries and housekeeping to support sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer, meeting our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Own tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Follow stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Keep store areas tidy, including back of house/stockroom.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and company performance.
