Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Team Member for an 8-hour shift to help keep the store running smoothly and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will build product knowledge, communicate clearly with teammates, and take part in training to grow with the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience by delivering service to the expected standards.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across OB ranges.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth store operation.
• Engage in training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a positive example for colleagues.
• Follow store procedures on stock deliveries, health & safety, and stock takes.
• Keep store areas clean and well-presented, including back-of-house spaces.
• Support other stores when needed and stay aware of sales performance targets.
• Understand product best-sellers to aid sales growth.
