Job summary

M&S is seeking a Security Officer to join the Mitie security team in a premium retail setting. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment while supporting customers and colleagues throughout the shopping journey.

In this customer-facing role, you will respond to incidents, deter theft and work with store teams to deliver outstanding service and professionalism every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or security is welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
