Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• SIA licence is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, confident and professional approach.
• Proactive mindset with quick decision-making.
• Passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
• Must be able to provide 5-year UK work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, staying alert and ready to step in when needed.
• Deliver professional customer support and greet customers as they start shopping.
• Help keep stores safe and secure, prevent loss, respond to incidents and support safe working practices.
• Be digitally confident using store technology, mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras.
• Stay calm under pressure and act professionally in challenging situations.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards and a positive environment.
• Adapt to changing situations to support store operations.
