Aufgaben

• Support external sales team with accounts, enquiries, and lead follow-ups
• Manage full sales order process
• Liaise with suppliers and factories for timely fulfilment
• Be the main contact for customer queries on orders, deliveries, and availability
• Handle complaints and raise Non-Conformance Reports when needed
• Prepare quotations and ensure approvals before release
• Generate delivery notes and invoices in SAP; assist export/shipping paperwork
• Keep customer records and portals up to date
