Job summary

Brook Street in Swansea is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to act as the bridge between customers, the external sales team and internal departments. You will keep orders moving smoothly and service levels high.

You will support the external sales team with customer accounts, handle inquiries and follow-ups, and manage the sales order process to ensure timely fulfilment. Strong Excel and organisation are essential, with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

We’re looking for an experienced, organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join a very established company in Swansea. In this key role, you’ll be the conduit between the customers, the external sales team, and internal departments-keeping orders moving smoothly and service levels high.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the external sales team with customer accounts, enquiries, and lead follow-ups
• Managing the sales order process
• Liaising with suppliers and factories to help ensure timely fulfilment
• Being the main contact for customer queries-updating customers on orders, deliveries, and product availability
• Handling complaints professionally and raising Non-Conformance Reports when needed
• Preparing quotations and ensuring they’re approved before release
• Keeping customer records and portals up to date
