Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing professional support.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and documentation.
Use SAP to maintain accurate customer information and monitor orders.
Liaise with Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.
Communicate pricing, availability, lead times and delivery updates to customers.
Follow up outstanding quotations and enquiries where appropriate.
Support existing customer accounts and maintain high service standards.
Assist with order amendments, invoicing issues and general sales administration.
Develop knowledge of the company’s technical products through training.
