Consulo First Ltd. is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Administrator to join our Dukinfield-based team. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and sales orders, and use SAP to keep customer data and transactions accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP in a commercial, customer service or sales-support environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing, administrative or sales-support role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident telephone manner and professional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing professional and efficient support.
• Prepare and process customer quotations, sales orders and associated documentation.
• Use SAP to maintain accurate customer information, process transactions and monitor orders.
• Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Communicate pricing, product availability, lead times and delivery updates to customers.
• Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries where appropriate.
• Support existing customer accounts, building positive working relationships and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Assist with order amendments, customer queries, invoicing issues and general sales administration.
• Develop an understanding of the company's technical products and their applications through ongoing training.
