Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Scotland. You will deliver a best-in-class service by understanding customer needs, renewing relationships, and supporting upselling opportunities across our rental products.

You’ll spend your day talking to customers by phone, email, and responding to website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, with a hands-on, operational environment and strong focus on accuracy and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Inbound order/sales enquiry handling experience.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and upsell.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and website requests.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey.
• Build relationships with regular customers to improve service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
