Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy service team. You will engage with customers by phone, email and online requests, delivering a best-in-class experience while identifying ways to help them do it better.

The role focuses on owning the customer journey, building relationships with regular customers, and using product knowledge to upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role with order handling.
• Experience in the hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service while using product knowledge to upsell.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email and website requests.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Own the customer journey and build relationships with regular customers.
• Think on your feet and use initiative to improve service.
