Sunbelt Rentals Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its team in a busy, information-driven role. You will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and use product knowledge to maximise upselling opportunities while delivering a best-in-class service.

As part of a highly operational, service-focused business, you will handle calls, emails, and website inquiries, oversee orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

• Proven experience in a Customer Service or Administrator role.

• Deliver best-in-class service while using product knowledge to maximise upselling opportunities.
• Communicate with customers by telephone, email and website requests; manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Build relationships with regular customers and understand their needs to improve service.
