Oliver Bonas is hiring a Team Member for a 14-hour per week shift in our store. You will deliver a fantastic customer experience, keep the shelves tidy, and contribute to smooth daily operations.

The role requires friendly, proactive people with great communication, product knowledge, and a positive attitude. You’ll work with the team to hit sales targets and support other stores when needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide a great customer experience and meet service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and keep shelves updated.
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth store operation.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a good example for others.
• Follow operational procedures including stock, health and safety, and replenishment.
• Maintain store housekeeping and back-of-house areas.
• Support other OB stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance versus targets.
• Know store best-sellers to support sales growth.
