Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment in Rugby is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a world class, customer-focused service across the company. You will adhere to service standards, handle queries promptly and build strong internal and external relationships.

Key duties include scheduling deliveries, providing quotes, and inputting data accurately. A background in transport/warehousing and familiarity with traffic management systems are desirable, with solid MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service and handling queries promptly.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to agreed customer service standards and policies; handle queries promptly and accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to support company performance and objectives.
• Oversee delivery bookings, notify customers of potential service issues, and ensure timely communication.
• Provide quotes to customers and input data accurately in Stirling; experience in transport/warehousing and traffic management systems is desirable.
