Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Liverpool LS Branch. The role is 35 hours per week, on a rota including Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice—listening, solving problems, and supporting customers in person or by phone.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
