Zusammenfassung

Santander UK is recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor for the Bury Branch. This branch-based role is 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a focus on friendly, proactive customer service and problem solving.

You’ll help with everyday banking, technology guidance, and fraud protection, acting as the voice and face of Santander in delivering a high-quality service and building customer relationships.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or on telephony.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
