Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Edinburgh HS Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, listening and solving problems across in-branch and phone channels, delivering a warm, helpful service at every interaction.

You’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, assist with transactions, and stay flexible to handle a wide range of duties.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
