Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the York branch. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, inquiries, and support, both in-branch and by phone. A focus on problem solving and relationship building is essential.

You will work a 35-hour week on a rota, covering early mornings to evenings and Saturday shifts. The role offers a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and a discretionary bonus of 8% of salary.
