Arnold Clark Group in Sunderland is seeking a Customer Experience Host to greet customers and manage inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face, handle calls, and support daily admin tasks while upholding branch standards and delivering outstanding service. Full-time Monday–Friday, with opportunities for training and progression, in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in person and on the phone.
• Manage a large volume of customer calls and enquiries efficiently.
• Keep customer areas tidy and presentable and ensure customers are well looked after.
• Collaborate proactively with all branches and departments.
• Go the extra mile for all customers.
