Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Blackpool is seeking a Customer Experience Host to greet customers and manage front-of-house duties. You’ll answer calls, assist showroom visitors, and handle daily admin tasks with a friendly, professional approach.

The role is part-time, mainly weekends, with a focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining branch standards. Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable, and Cisco/Microsoft Office skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Manage a high volume of customer calls and enquiries.
• Keep customer areas tidy and presentable and ensure customers are well looked after.
• Collaborate with all branch departments to support service delivery.
• Go the extra mile for all customers.
