Qualifications

• Friendly, professional receptionist with a passion for service.
• Strong telephone manner and ability to handle enquiries promptly.
• Well organised with the ability to multi-task in a busy showroom.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for customers in person and on the phone.
• Manage a high volume of calls and enquiries efficiently.
• Keep customer areas tidy and presentable; support branch admin.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to help customers.
