Tenpin Ltd in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun-centred centres. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre welcoming and clean.

You’ll work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke, with responsibilities that vary daily. We welcome applications from aged 16+, with some duties limited for under-18s due to licensing and safety rules.

Qualificações

• Must be aged 16 or over and able to work in a licensed premises.
• Provide excellent customer service across reception, events, food and drinks.
• Able to work across multiple departments and host events.
