Job summary

Argos is looking for a Customer Advisor to help ensure a great shopping experience for customers both in-store and for online orders. You’ll assist on tills and collection counters, answer questions, and support with refunds as needed.

You’ll build product knowledge, promote services, and work at pace in a high-energy environment. Training and development opportunities are available, with rewards and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service.
• Ability to explain product features and services clearly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock for customers, process payments and refunds.
• Assist customers with questions and offer product recommendations.
