Argos is looking for a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service across tills, the shop floor, and collection counters. You’ll help customers with product questions, recommend items, and explain our financial services where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter.
• Assist customers with product questions and provide recommendations.
• Handle stock/collection duties and process refunds when required.
• Build product knowledge to advise on promotions and services.
