Job summary

Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service at tills, website screens, and collection counters. You’ll help customers with purchases, refunds and financial services, while also assisting on the shop floor and stock room when needed.

You’ll build strong product knowledge, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a high-energy team with flexible, well-trained skill sets and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and welcoming, with enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Willingness to discuss financial services when buying certain products.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, and collection counters.
• Collect products for customers, process refunds, and explain financial service offerings.
• Assist customers on the shop floor, answer questions, and help in the stock room when needed.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
